Do you offer same-day repair service?

Yes! If you book before 2 PM, we can usually schedule a same-day visit. Emergency same-day service is available for an additional charge. Call us to check availability.

Are your technicians certified?

All our technicians are professionally trained, background-verified, and have hands-on experience with all major appliance brands. Our senior technicians have 8-15 years of field experience.

What are your working hours?

We work Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday for emergency services only. You can reach us 24/7 via WhatsApp.

How do I track my booking?

After booking, you receive a unique Booking ID via SMS/email. You can call us with your Booking ID to get a status update at any time.

💰 Pricing

What is the visit / inspection charge?

Our technician visit and diagnosis charge is ₹99, which is adjusted against the total repair bill if you proceed with the repair. If you choose not to repair, only ₹99 is charged.

Do you provide a quote before starting work?

Absolutely. Our technician will diagnose the fault and give you a complete, transparent quote before any repair work begins. No work is started without your approval.

Are there any hidden charges?

No hidden charges, ever. We believe in 100% transparent pricing. The quote you approve is the final price you pay — parts, labour, and all.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/bank transfer, and all major debit/credit cards.

Do you charge extra for weekends or evenings?

Standard rates apply for normal slots. Emergency or after-hours service (Sunday / after 7 PM) may attract a nominal surcharge of ₹50–100.

Do you repair both old and new models?

Yes, we repair appliances of all ages and models — from vintage units to the latest smart appliances. Our technicians stay updated on new models and technologies.

How long does a typical repair take?

Most common repairs are completed within 1–2 hours. Complex repairs requiring spare parts may take 1–2 days if the part needs to be ordered. We always inform you of the expected timeline upfront.

Do you carry spare parts?

Our technicians carry a stock of common spare parts. For less common parts, we source them quickly — usually within 24 hours — from our trusted suppliers at market rates.

Do you repair commercial appliances too?

Yes, we also service commercial refrigerators, large-capacity washing machines, and commercial ACs. Contact us to discuss your specific commercial needs.

What is your repair warranty?

Every repair we perform comes with a 90-day service guarantee. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of our repair, we will fix it completely free of charge — parts and labour included.

Does the warranty cover parts replaced by you?

Yes, parts sourced and installed by us are covered under our 90-day guarantee. If a part fails within this period, we replace it at no cost to you.

What is NOT covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults that develop after the repair, damage caused by power surges, misuse, pest infestation, or natural calamities.

How do I claim the warranty?

Simply call us at +91-98765-43210 or WhatsApp us with your original Booking ID. We will schedule a free revisit within 24 hours.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit time — no charges apply. Call or WhatsApp us with your Booking ID.

What should I do to prepare for the technician visit?

Please ensure the appliance is accessible and any relevant documents (warranty card, purchase receipt) are handy if available. A short description of the problem helps our technician prepare.

Can I request a specific technician?

Yes, if you have had a good experience with one of our technicians in the past, you are welcome to request them by name. We will do our best to assign them, subject to availability.
